Fastest way to reach us
The quickest route is WhatsApp. Send your device name, for example Firestick, Samsung telly, LG telly, iPhone, Android box, laptop, or tablet, and we will tell you the cleanest setup route.
If WhatsApp is not convenient, email contact-pending@tellypal.invalid and include your device, plan question and the email or WhatsApp number you want us to use for the reply.

Before you message
If you know the device, include it in the first message. If you do not, just send a photo of the telly or app screen and we will guide you from there.
When to expect a reply
WhatsApp support runs seven days a week. Our team is split between Ireland and other locations. Late-evening replies can take longer, and no response or resolution time is guaranteed.
For an outage, include the device/app, affected channel and start time. For a complaint or refund, include your account contact and payment reference. If the issue remains unresolved, reply in the original conversation or email contact-pending@tellypal.invalid. See the refund policy for the 90-day request window, normal processing estimate and remedies if access cannot be restored.
