What do I need?
A compatible screen and a steady internet connection. TellyPal works on Smart TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, phones, tablets and laptops.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take only a few minutes. Once payment is confirmed, a real person guides you through it step by step.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the plan you choose. There is no monthly direct debit and no automatic renewal.
Why is there no free trial?
We keep capacity and support focused on paying customers. You see the plan, price and refund terms before you pay. If it is not right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days under those terms.
Can I watch in 4K?
Premium and Lifetime include content up to 4K where available. Basic includes SD, HD and Full HD, but not UHD. Picture quality also depends on the channel, your device and your internet speed.
Can I add another screen?
Yes. Extra devices cost €35 with Basic, €50 with Premium and €100 with Lifetime. You can choose them during checkout.
