TellyPal offers four one-off subscriptions: Monthly for €25, 6 months for €60, Yearly for €100, and The Sofa Residency for €250 with 5 years of guaranteed service and no commitment beyond those years. Initial player activation is included on all four plans. Account transfers are free on all four plans; a transfer removes access from the old device and preserves the remaining service term. A working, activated player has no activation charge. If a different player needs activation, its price is confirmed separately before you proceed. Buying two subscriptions gets a third account free on every plan. Every plan has a 90-day money-back guarantee starting at first payment. Separately charged player activation and payment-plan fees are not refundable. Every plan includes the same content library. The difference is how long you want to commit.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is a one-off payment for a fixed service term. The free trial lets you check the service first, then you choose the plan that suits.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Paid plans include the refund promise shown on the pricing page. If something is not right, message us and we will sort it properly.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We guide you on WhatsApp. You send us the app details from your screen, we configure the account, and you reopen the app. Most setup problems are simple once someone is looking at the same screen as you.

What if something goes wrong during a match?

Message us on WhatsApp. We prioritise live-match issues and setup problems. Most issues are broadband, Wi-Fi, app cache or the wrong player setting, and we will walk you through the fix.
