What happens when the trial ends?
Your request does not create a paid plan. If the setup suits you, compare the month, six-month, yearly and five-year options before sending a plan enquiry.

What if a programme does not play?
Note the programme, time and connection type. Try one other programme on the same player before asking for help.
Does asking for a trial start a subscription?
No. The form sends a request. Choosing a paid term is a separate step.
