The privacy policy explains how request details are used. Keep passwords and private login details out of public reviews and social posts.
What to confirm before the 24 hours begin

Ask whether your exact device and player are compatible, and when access starts. You may need to install or activate a player app. Do not buy hardware or a player licence before confirming what your setup needs.
Use one chosen device for the trial. A standard account does not promise simultaneous viewing on every screen in your home. If you need several screens, ask about separate accounts and the current bundle.
Player activation and a TV-service subscription are separate. A no-card trial is not evidence of distribution rights. Ask for written information about the programmes and viewing territory that matter to you before choosing a paid service.
What to do during the trial

Choose a few programmes you normally watch and test them by name. Check the guide, picture, sound, subtitles and controls where available. A programme listed today is not a promise of future availability.
Watch for a continuous session at your usual viewing time, with the rest of your household using the connection normally. If a live event matters, check its availability near the event rather than relying on an old listing. A brief preview or a broadband speed figure alone cannot guarantee playback.
If something fails, record the time, player, channel and whether you used Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Ask support about that specific issue. The full trial checklist and peak-hour test notes help you keep the comparison useful.
What happens when the trial ends

The trial does not automatically become a paid plan, and no card is taken for it. You can let it end without buying a subscription. Choose a paid plan separately only if its terms, availability and performance on your setup suit you.
The current Ireland subscriptions are 6 months for €70, 10 months for €100, 24 months for €180, and Lifetime for €300 with six years of guaranteed service, with no commitment beyond those six years. Nothing renews automatically.
On the 6- and 10-month plans, initial player activation adds €15 when TellyPal needs to activate it. A working player you already own has no initial activation charge. Initial activation is included with 24-month and Lifetime plans. Account transfers are free on all four plans, remove access from the old device and preserve the remaining subscription term. A working activated destination player has no activation charge; if a different player needs activation, its separate charge is confirmed before you proceed. For more screens, buy two subscriptions and get a third separate account free on any plan: three separate accounts for three chosen devices. If all three short-plan players need initial activation, that adds €45 in total; a working player has no initial activation charge.
For more screens, every plan offers buy two subscriptions and get a third separate account free. Ask for the complete quote for your number of accounts and any players needing activation. See the current Ireland plans, terms and refund policy.
Service and the 90-day guarantee start at first payment. The written policy explains eligible subscription payments and the process; separately charged activation and payment-plan fees are non-refundable, and the free account in a bundle has no cash refund.
Questions about requesting a TellyPal trial
Do I need a card or an email address to request it?
No card is required, and the initial request has no required email field. Give your name and WhatsApp number so support can handle setup.
When does my 24-hour trial start?
Confirm the access period with support during setup. Do not assume the clock begins when you first open this article or send a request.
Is this a three-day or seven-day trial?
No. The current TellyPal offer is 24 hours. Another provider's duration or a different search result does not change it.
Does it work on every smart telly or Firestick?
Compatibility depends on the exact device, operating system and player. Check the setup guides and ask support before installing or buying anything. A generic device category is not a guarantee for every model.
What channels or events can I watch?
Search for the programmes you want during the trial and ask about current availability and distribution rights. We do not promise every channel, event or film, and a successful trial is not a rights certificate.
What if the form does not confirm my request?
Do not assume an error means support received it. Use the WhatsApp fallback shown by the form or the contact page, and explain that the request did not confirm. You do not need to send card details to resolve a no-card trial request.
